Terms and Conditions

ORDERS AND DELIVERY DETAILS

Orders to be placed by 1pm – so our bakers can get cranking!

Minimum order Mon – Friday excluding public holidays is $150.

Minimum order on Weekends excluding public holidays is $800.

CEO flying in last minute? For last minute orders give us a call and we can do our best to fit you in but late orders may not have the full choice of all the menus items.

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Daily Chomp orders require 100% prepayment. Corporate accounts available on request for repeat clients. Please contact our friendly team to discuss.

As we make everything fresh to order, a cancellation within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the order.

A 50% deposit is required one week to events.

Platters are to be returned where possible to Chomp HQ or washed and labeled ready for collection.

DIETARY REQUIRMENTS

Chomp can and will accommodate most special dietary requirements with a little bit of warning. We are not a certified Gluten Free kitchen but offer Gluten Free Friendly food options. All dietary specific items will be kept separately and labelled clearly.

MENU OPTIONS

Our menu is subject to change up to 2 weeks prior to your event date and you will be notified with any significant changes.
